Dulany Memorial Library Tethered Hot Air Balloon Event

WIND CONDITIONS PERMITTING. Back-Up Date: Thursday, June 26 or Tuesday, July 1, 7:00-9:00pm,  (Watch our website- dulanylibrary.org- or our Facebook page for updates!)
Where: Potts Park (off Hwy 24)
Who: Kids of all ages are encouraged to come, but age limits will be set at pilot’s
discretion. (Typically age 5+.)
Cost: FREE!!!
What to expect: We will have a hot air balloon tethered to the ground, and give
riders a taste of what it feels like to fly! Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn
chairs, blankets, and outdoor games.

***This is a first-come, first-served event. You will be required to fill out a waiver
when you arrive. Rides are not guaranteed, even with a completed waiver. The
event is weather- and wind-dependent. The pilot reserves the right to refuse
